उड़ान - Menstrual Hygiene
To break the taboo around menstruation, Yatan NGO has launched उड़ान – a campaign on menstrual hygiene. Underprivileged girls and migrant laborer women are facing a massive menstrual hygiene crisis. They don’t have access to sanitary products. They end up using unhygienic methods like old and dirty clothes, rugs, paper etc. which leads to higher risk of getting infection.
प्रोत्साहन - Skill Development
A vocational training programme for women who were jobless due to outbreak of Covid. Under this programme, Yatan gives training to women in making environmentally friendly products like dhoopbatti , diyas with cow dung , colours and incense sticks with temple flowers.

To contribute our bit to save the environment , to become पर्यावरण मित्रवत We have undertaken workshops, awareness programmes to ban plastic, tree plantation drives and promote use of eco friendly products such as plantable stationery, cow dung Diya and colours from temple flowers. We undertake corporate orders as well.
